About Gates of Olympus Roulette
Released in April 2026, Gates of Olympus Roulette is Pragmatic's most recent crossover innovation in its live portfolio. Pragmatic is following the strategy it pioneered with Sweet Bonanza CandyLand (2022) — adapting an iconic slot brand into a live game show or roulette to capitalize on the slot brand's recognition. Gates of Olympus (2021 slot, the 2nd most played in France after Sweet Bonanza) here gets a themed live roulette with Zeus animations, lightning, and a Greek mythology universe. Pragmatic's bet: capture Gates of Olympus fans who want a live experience while relying on the proven Lightning multiplier mechanic.
The format is a European single-zero roulette (37 pockets: 0, 1-36) with a base RTP of 97.30% on classic bets. All traditional bets are available: red/black, odd/even, low/high, dozens, columns, splits, corners, lines, straight up. Standard European payouts (35:1 on straight up, etc.).
The Lightning specificity: before each round, 1 to 5 numbers are marked Zeus with multipliers randomly drawn from x50, x100, x150, x200, x300, x400 or x500 — a mechanic strictly identical to Lightning Roulette Evolution and Mega Roulette Pragmatic. If the ball lands on a Zeus number AND you placed a straight-up bet on it, your base payout (35x) is replaced by the multiplier applied directly (up to 500x your straight-up bet). Lightning-themed Zeus animations play when a number is marked — visually more dramatic than standard Lightning Roulette animations.
Pragmatic's differentiating innovation is the Pyramid bonus — a random draw during the session that unlocks a virtual Olympus room featuring a 5-level pyramid. At each level, multiplier tiles are revealed (x100, x200, x500, x1000, up to a x10,000 top prize). You can choose to continue or cash out at each level — a risk-reward mechanic similar to Cash or Crash Evolution. It's rare (~1 in 200 spins) but it's the mechanic that justifies the game's existence versus a simple rebranded Mega Roulette. A theoretical cap of x10,000 is reachable at the top of the pyramid.
On the EV side, RTP is 97.30% on classic bets, 96.50% on Zeus bets straight up (mechanics identical to other Pragmatic/Evolution lightning roulettes). The Pyramid bonus has its own RTP of roughly 96% depending on cash-out decisions. Background Olympus animations (lightning, temple, an animated semi-transparent 3D Zeus figure), a dedicated Pragmatic Bucharest studio with ancient Greek decor (Ionic columns, mystical fog, stormy sky), and presenters in ancient Greek costume. The studio was designed specifically for Gates of Olympus Roulette, in the same section as Sweet Bonanza CandyLand. Minimum bet 0.20€ per number, max 2,000€ per number.
Availability: a very recent 2026 release, with availability still expanding. Currently available at crypto/no-KYC casinos among BetsRank's top picks (SpinAura, BetRiviera, Prestige, MonacoJack, CasinoVice). Not yet live at every fully licensed and regulated casino — typical for recent Pragmatic releases (gradual rollout over 6-12 months). For Gates of Olympus fans who want a live roulette with a Greek mythology theme and the signature Pyramid bonus, this is the ideal choice. See also Sweet Bonanza CandyLand (Money Wheel + 4 bonuses) if you prefer a game show format rather than roulette.
