About Totem Wonders
Released on September 5, 2022, Totem Wonders draws its imagery from the Native American world — carved totems, feathers and earthy colours — and builds its gameplay on the asymmetric 3-4-3 grid with 20 paylines that PG Soft popularised with its Fortune series. Where the title stands apart is in adding two extra reels on the sides, at the far left and far right of the main grid: the multiplier reels. On every spin, each of them reveals either a x1, x2, x3 or x5 multiplier that directly boosts the line's payout, or a wild symbol. The wild revealed on the left turns the whole of reel 1 wild; the one revealed on the right does the same to reel 3. The game's high point comes when both side reels reveal a wild at once: a respin then triggers, during which reels 1 and 3 stay fully wild while the side reels draw fresh multipliers that can again climb to x5. That combination — a grid almost entirely covered in wilds plus a multiplier — is what produces the title's biggest payouts. One point must be stated plainly, though: Totem Wonders has no free spins round at all. The entire structure rests on the multiplier/respin system, which gives a steady rhythm but no classic peak of tension. The numbers reflect that choice: 96.73% RTP, medium volatility, 23.25% hit frequency and a ceiling of 2,500x your stake, modest by PG Soft standards. In exchange, bets climb to €200, one of the widest ranges in the studio's catalogue, which makes the title usable by very different bankrolls. No bonus buy is documented — logically enough, since there is no bonus to buy.
