About Monopoly Live
Released in April 2019, Monopoly Live is the first Evolution game show to use a globally iconic brand (an official Hasbro Monopoly licence). Its success was immediate — Monopoly Live stayed a top-3 game show worldwide for 5 years, before Crazy Time (2020) took the top spot. It's a classic 54-segment Money Wheel format with a major innovation: the 3D Mr Monopoly bonus that transports you onto the virtual board game.
The main wheel has 54 segments: 22x the number 1, 15x the number 2, 7x the number 5, 4x the number 10, plus 2 "Chance" segments, 2 "2 Rolls" segments and 2 "4 Rolls" segments (the 4 bonus rounds). If the wheel lands on Chance, you receive either a multiplier card (x2 to x10) applied to the next spin, a direct cash prize, or a "Go to bonus" that triggers the bonus round.
The Mr Monopoly bonus (2 Rolls / 4 Rolls) is the main attraction. You're transported to a 3D environment on the Monopoly board, with an animated Mr Monopoly walking around. On each dice roll, he advances across the squares — each square carries a multiplier (x2 to x100) that's added to the accumulated winnings. Special squares include Chance (an additional multiplier card), Community Chest, Railway Station (a fixed payout), and Tax (a loss). With 2 Rolls you get 2 dice throws, with 4 Rolls you get 4 — hence the higher max win potential on 4 Rolls.
On the EV side, RTP is 96.23% on the 2 Rolls bet (the best EV), 96.10% on 4 Rolls, and varies 91-96% on the straight-up bets (1, 2, 5, 10) depending on bonus frequency. Theoretical max win is 10,000x, though hits documented by the community are more modest (typically 500-2,000x on a good 4 Rolls bonus). It's a "cosier", more accessible game show than Crazy Time, with less variance.
