About Cash or Crash
Released in May 2021, Cash or Crash is Evolution's live take on the crash game format popularised by Aviator (Spribe, 2019) and Chicken Road (InOut Games, 2024). It's the only live crash game on the market — every other crash title (Aviator, Mines, Chicken Road) runs on RNG. Evolution's studio has managed to translate the crash mechanic into a live environment with a human dealer and HD streaming, adding the visual authenticity of a real physical sequence.
The concept: a hot air balloon climbs step by step through 19 levels. At every level, there are two possible outcomes — either the balloon rises to the next level (the multiplier grows at an increasing ratio), or it crashes (you lose your stake unless you've already cashed out). You can cash out manually at any time between levels to lock in the current multiplier. The longer you wait, the higher the multiplier climbs — but so does the risk of a crash.
Multipliers by level: Level 1 → 1.80x, Level 5 → 9.42x, Level 10 → 92.40x, Level 15 → 1,008x, Level 19 → 50,000x max. The probability of climbing decreases at every level: roughly 50% up to level 5, around 30% for levels 10-15, and about 5% for levels 18-19. It's mathematically balanced to deliver an RTP of 99.59% — the highest on the market across both live and slot categories. Nothing else comes close.
An RTP of 99.59% means an extremely thin house edge (0.41%). That's a direct result of the exponential crash mechanic, which pushes the theoretical EV close to perfection. For comparison: Cash or Crash's 99.59% beats ONE Blackjack's 99.29%, Aviator's 97%, Lightning Roulette's 97.30%, and average slots at 95-96%. But a high RTP doesn't guarantee a win — it simply means the house edge is smaller on average. Volatility is high at the upper levels.
