Hell Hot 100: Endorphina's fruit machine pushed to a hundred lines
Endorphina designed the Hell Hot series as a set of variations: one shared look of fruit set on fire, spread across different grids and line counts. Hell Hot 100 is the widest of them. Announced by the studio on 26 May 2021, it lays a hundred fixed paylines over five reels and four rows, where Hell Hot 20 stops at twenty lines on three rows and Hell Hot 40 at forty lines on four.
The principle is the modernised fruit machine. The reels carry cherries, lemons, watermelons and sevens, all repainted in ember tones. On the official paytable the seven is the best-paying symbol in the game: five in a row are worth 4x the base bet. The watermelon follows at 2x. These amounts read against the base bet, the convention Endorphina applies across the whole series.
Two special symbols shape the wins.
- The wild is a flame. It substitutes for every symbol except the scatter, arrives in stacks and can cover a full reel. Five wilds in a line pay 10x the base bet.
- The scatter is a star. Five stars anywhere on the reels return 500x the base bet, the highest payout published for this game.
Hell Hot 100 has neither free spins nor a bonus buy. Endorphina says so directly in the game's official FAQ: Bonus Pop, the feature that elsewhere lets you trigger a bonus for a price at a lower RTP than the base game, is not implemented here. The only extra module is the Risk Game, the studio's classic card gamble. After a win, four cards are dealt face down; you pick one, and if it beats the dealer's card the win is doubled and the round can be played again. Endorphina states the win can be multiplied up to ten times this way. If the dealer takes any round, the amount staked in the gamble is lost.
On the numbers, the studio states an RTP of 96.07%, the highest of the three Hell Hot entries, and classifies volatility as low. The official stake range runs from 1 EUR to 200 EUR per spin. That combination of a hundred lines, low stated volatility and no bonus feature describes a game built on tempo: combinations land often in small amounts, and how a balance moves depends mostly on session length and on whether the gamble is used at all. The cap recorded by specialist databases is 500x the stake, a modest figure next to the multiplier-driven fruit machines released since. For anyone coming from the twenty-line entry, moving up to a hundred fixed lines mainly changes how often combinations land rather than how much each one returns, since the paytable values stay in the same band across the series. The game runs on mobile and tablet with nothing to install.
