Chance Machine 100: Endorphina's gold classic at a hundred lines
Chance Machine 100 belongs to a family of classic machines from Endorphina, split by line count: Chance Machine 5, Chance Machine 20, Chance Machine 40, and this hundred-line version. The studio announced its worldwide release on 14 July 2020, after a pre-launch period restricted to a handful of casinos.
Despite what the word "classic" usually signals in this genre, there is not a single fruit on the reels. Endorphina describes a world of cut diamonds, gold finishes and rich colours, with a royal crown, a bell and combinations of sevens as the headline symbols. The seven is the best-paying symbol in the game: five in a row are worth 30x the base bet on the official paytable.
The grid runs five reels by four rows, for a hundred fixed paylines. Two mechanics give the game its shape.
- The crown wild appears only on reels 2, 3 and 4. It substitutes for every symbol except the scatters and expands vertically to complete a combination, which lets it cover the full height of a reel.
- Two separate scatter symbols count anywhere on the reels, with no need to land on a payline. The paired golden stars pay 100x the base bet for five; the single white star pays 20x the base bet from three occurrences.
On top of that sits the Risk Game, the studio's usual card gamble offered after a win. What the game does not have is a bonus buy: Endorphina states in the official FAQ that Chance Machine 100 does not carry the Bonus Pop feature, unlike several other titles in the catalogue where it appears at a lower RTP than the base game and depends on the jurisdiction.
The published parameters give an RTP of 96.07% and medium volatility, with a stake range of 1 EUR to 80 EUR per spin. The studio does not publish a win cap; specialist databases quote an order of magnitude around 3,000x the stake, a figure best treated as indicative until Endorphina confirms it.
In terms of how the game actually plays, the presence of two scatters changes the rhythm more than the line count does. A scatter that pays 20x the base bet from just three occurrences turns up far more often than a conventional bonus trigger, and that gives the base game a breathing space the five- and twenty-line entries in the series never had. The crown wild, confined to the three middle reels, plays a similar supporting role: it opens no feature, but it finishes off lines already part-formed on a dense grid. That architecture is what puts the game at medium volatility, between the low rating of Chance Machine 20 and the medium-high rating of Chance Machine 40. The title runs on mobile and tablet with nothing to install.
