Released on 23 December 2024, Geisha's Revenge sets its story in Edo-period Japan and follows Ayane, whose revenge gives the title its name. The art direction is among PG Soft's most accomplished — Japanese voice-over, animated woodblock prints, a lacquer-and-blood palette — but it is the spec sheet that grabs attention first. The official RTP reaches 96.81%, above the 96.75% the studio applies by default across the vast majority of its catalogue. The structure is asymmetric: 5 reels, of which the first has 5 rows and the next four have 6 rows. And crucially, symbols do not all land at the same size: they appear at heights of 1, 2, 3 or 4 positions. That variability makes the number of possible combinations swing between 240 and 6,480 ways to win from spin to spin. Volatility is high, the hit frequency sits at 28.59% — a winning spin roughly every three and a half spins, which is comfortable for this category — and the advertised ceiling is 5,000x the bet. The game relies on classic cascades (winning symbols vanish, new ones fall in) but its true signature is the Multiplier Windows feature, exclusive to this title. The principle: five windows, all inactive at the start, sit to the left of reel 1. When a win forms starting from a given reel, the corresponding window activates. From then on, every new winning combination starting from an active window adds an x2 multiplier to it, and if several wins occur on the same spin, the multipliers concerned increase by x2 each time. At the end of the spin, all active multipliers are added together, and that sum is applied to the total win. Cascades therefore directly serve to load the windows.
