Honey Rush

Honey Rush (April 2019) has become a cluster-pays classic for Play'n GO. Released after Reactoonz (2017) and Moon Princess (2018) had already established the format at the studio, Honey Rush brought a visual novelty: the 4-5-6-7-6-5-4 hexagonal grid. There are no traditional paylines — only connected clusters. The mechanic: landing 5 or more matching symbols adjacent to each other (horizontally or vertically) generates a win. Winning symbols disappear and new ones fall — classic cascading. Top-tier RTP of 96.54% (slightly above the Play'n GO average), high but not extreme volatility — frequent moderate wins alongside big wins during bonus features. Sticky Wilds drive the game. Once they land, they stay on the grid through successive cascades. Every win they contribute to increases their multiplier (x2, x3, x5...). They gradually drift toward the bottom of the grid before leaving — a valuable window for stacking multipliers. The Rush Meter fills with each winning symbol. Three thresholds trigger the Colony Features: the Drone Feature (random symbol transformation), the Worker Feature (adds wilds), and the Queen Feature (covers the entire grid with matched high-pay symbols). Combining a Sticky Wild multiplier with the Queen Feature is the basis for big wins of 5,000x and beyond. Max win of 9,000x — decent for a 2019 slot, later surpassed in 2025 by Honey Rush 100 (50,000x). But the original Honey Rush retains its identity: hexagonal grid, higher RTP, more generous sticky wilds. Ideal for fans of Play'n GO cluster-pays slots and players who enjoy progressive build-up over binary bonus triggers. No bonus buy.
