Moon Princess launched on July 27, 2017, and it's Play'n GO's manga-anime slot, built around a Sailor Moon-style universe. The format is a 5x5 grid, and the RTP sits at a modest 94.51% — but the real hook lies elsewhere: 3 princesses, each with a distinct superpower.
TL;DR
- Play'n GO slot, July 2017, 5x5 grid format, 20 betways. RTP 94.51%.
- High volatility (10/10), max 5,000x.
- 3 princesses — Love/Star/Storm — plus cascading symbols and progressive multipliers up to x20.
- Free Spins triggered by fully clearing the reels (4/5/8 spins). No bonus buy.
The 3 princesses — the signature mechanic
Before each session or set of Free Spins, you pick a princess:
| Princess | Superpower |
|---|---|
| Love | Turns random symbols into matching ones |
| Star | Boosts the progressive multipliers |
| Storm | Clears 2 random columns/rows |
For a big win: go with Star (x20 multipliers). For Free Spins: go with Storm (reel clears). For steady regular hits: go with Love.
Free Spins via reel clears — a unique mechanic
Free Spins trigger by fully clearing the reels (every position). It's a rare, specific mechanic:
- 4 spins if you picked Storm
- 5 spins if you picked Love
- 8 spins if you picked Star
- Plus a 200x stake bonus if you clear every reel again during Free Spins
It's a tougher trigger than a classic scatter, but it pays off.
